THE COVID ACT 1984

Whilst the Coronavirus Act 2020 is important to the Government for manipulation and control, it is a smokescreen. The real power lies in the use of The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984.

Using Section 45 of this 1984 Act, any minister, can immediately make any ‘law’ they like without any public debate or Parliamentary scrutiny.

This is done by claiming it is ‘in response to a serious and imminent threat to public health.
It is also fraudulent to keep passing continual legislation on this basis when it is clearly a lie.

Another big deception is the pretence that there is a State of Emergency in the UK, when there is not. If the government declared an official State of Emergency (as they should have done), this would have triggered the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (the CCA), which would have:

1. Protected and respected our Human Rights;
2. Made Parliament, not individual ministers, responsible for any laws;
3. These would be made under full Parliamentary and Public scrutiny;
4. They would be limited by law to 30 days and would have to be reviewed by Parliament before any renewal;
5. They would have to be proportional to any risk.
6. Furthermore under the CCA, legislation is supposed to be avoided and only used as a last resort.

So business closures, lockdowns, mask wearing, travel bans, quarantines, the severe restriction of our rights and the ruin of our economy would never have happened.

All of the government & media focus is put on the Coronavirus Act 2020 but in many ways this is to distract us from how they are really making these ‘laws’ that are dictating every aspect of our lives.

We are led to believe that it is the Coronavirus Act that is the cause of all of the laws creating the misery in our lives and it is this, that the MPs vote on every six months.

However, all these laws just sail through Parliament without debate or scrutiny totally independent of the Coronavirus Act and are just rubber stamped. It also gives the illusion of these laws are legitimate, as people are deceived into thinking they are being made in the normal Parliamentary way.

So how is this possible?

The answer to this is a little known fact that this Government of Occupation is abusing the law and using an Act from 1984 (yes, really!) as an Enabling Act to control and ruin every aspect of our lives! An Enabling Act is what Hitler used in 1933 to take ultimate control of Germany and the German people; in fact he needed two to reach his aim, but Johnson, Hancock and their cronies are achieving everything they want with just the one.

Another thing about the Civil Contingencies Act is that previous governments have spent the last 16 years claiming they were planning to use it. But then they completely ignore it when an actual event happens, as it does not suit the ‘agenda’. The CCA has a whole Local Resilience network and local Scientific Advisory Groups that would have been mobilised in the event of its being used.

If this ‘pandemic’ was not a criminal power grab by the ruling billionaire class, why would you not use the CCA 2004, that was set up to protect us and our rights in an emergency.

Unless your real aim is the actual removal of those rights, with the end goal of totalitarianism?

It is the so-called laws (at last count totalling well over 320) made under this 1984 Act that we are currently challenging with our two cases against the UK government.

Airlines to Require Vaccine Certificate Before Passengers Fly

Airlines are likely to require passengers to sign up for a “health pass” which includes a digital certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 before allowing them to fly, according to a new report.
The system would be similar in nature to that being considered by Ticketmaster, who it was revealed earlier this week are considering making customers prove they’ve had the vaccine or a negative coronavirus test before allowing them to purchase tickets.
Ticketmaster later clarified that a final decision on such measures would be up to event organizers but that they were still mulling over the implementation of the system.
Now according to a new report by Axios, airlines are likely to follow the same model.
“Three global alliances representing 58 airlines are pushing governments to allow widespread COVID-19 testing of passengers instead of existing quarantine restrictions that they argue are ineffective and have killed travel demand,” states the report.
Airline passengers would be subject to similar measures being considered by Ticketmaster whereby they would have to verify they’ve been vaccinated or tested negative 24 to 72 hours before the flight.
“The bottom line: No heath pass? No admittance. And perhaps, no flying,” states the report.
The system would likely be organized under the auspices of CommonPass, a program sponsored by the World Economic Forum, which is pushing for a post-COVID “Great Reset” that would transform the world.
With Uber and other companies also beginning to refuse services to people who fail to comply with coronavirus restrictions, the “new normal” will likely create a lower caste of refusniks who are barred from traveling, any form of social life, and in the future even basic financial services.

Devon County Council

As part of the campaign to Stop the 5G Radiation Grid in Devon, we attended an Exeter City Council Councillors meeting at the GuildHall in Fore Street.

The entrance is dwarfed by the affluence of its close neighbours, bars & shops, but through a cave like entrance you enter into a historic church like auditorium.
Dated back to the 12th Century it is claimed to be the oldest municipal building in England still in use.
It is however totally unsuitable for Council Meetings. The high roof must make it impossible to heat & the wood walls & church glass windows create an echo which makes speech inaudible. The worst sound system I have ever heard also added to the echoes of speech, which were louder than the original words.
The historic symbolism was not lost on me, especially by the Lord Mayor attending in full regalia & hat.
We live in a Sanctuary City, designated & controlled in secret by The United Nations.

Occasionally, speech could be heard, mainly by the Leader of the Council & The Lord Mayor. All the councillors who, wilh undoubted integrity outlined their plans & complaints from the public, were muffled & inaudible. We were not provided with a Meeting Agenda.

One of the issues appeared to be the provision of a minimal number of Council Houses in Exeter while thousands of middle class & University Student properties were being built in all areas.
This outlines the failings of local government. Firstly they have been stripped by central government of all their technical departments so they have no idea that the cost of building a house has halved just as the builders have doubled the prices.
People are paying £200K for wood build houses which were designed to be sold at £50K.

Our 5G group also attended some Devon County Councillors meetings at County Hall. We were ignored by all the Councillors who failed to greet us or even recognise our presence.
The head of the Council & his Civil Servants sat above the Councillors on a traditional Court styled stage. They overlooked & dominated the Councillors seated below. Which portrayed the true seat of power; Civil Servants rule, Councillors take the flak.

The 5G group asked about 16 questions & a single ignorant Councillor, who appeared to have no knowledge about anything, repeated his claim that Devon County Council had no control over the installation & maintenance of 5G or any telecommunications devices. He also stated several times on web camera that Devon County Council had not authorised any telecommunications devices to be fitted to Devon Street Lamp posts. This was a direct lie as we had Freedom of Information Act documents of DCC Cabinet & other meetings where they had been authorised.
It appeared that the Civil Servants had concealed this authorisation in a “LED Street Lighting Upgrade” which councillors were not aware of.

There were also audio problems in Devon County Council meetings. The last Cabinet meeting had no audio & no webcam. This seemed to be more than a coincidence.
The DCC Cabinet meet in a smaller committee room under a hundred glaring lights which have no auto control to switch them off to save energy.
Ironic then that they were discussing Climate Change & the Carbon Tax Assessments. This is something that Civil Servants thrive on & even the Councillors joined in The Climate Mantra.

It was a shame then that they had not read the Tim Ball PhD book on The Intentional Corruption of Climate Science or had any technical staff capable of telling the truth.
In the 1960’s we all knew about world pollution. And we also knew it was The Corporations that were doing the polluting. This latest Climate Initiative was created to impoverish populations & nations with a fake Carbon Tax levied by our Globalist Government controllers.

It seems that this brilliant scam was devised by one man, Maurice Strong, who gave it to the Club of Rome who used the United Nations to corrupt all the other Western Governments.
It is both fitting & ironic that the United Nations is, as we speak, just weeks away from bankruptcy as 65 nations & Trump’s USA have stopped financial support.

As a child in the 1950’s we were the first generation to grow up with television.
It seems impossible nowadays to think of a world without The Media. The corruption & destruction of The Media was a combination of technological expansion & political control.
